A New England native, Gretta Jacobs has over 15 years experience teaching yoga, with extensive knowledge in various styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Prana Flow, Restorative, pre and post natal, and Chair yoga. She has worked with students aged 8 to 85, and gives both private and group yoga lessons. Gretta is also Reiki certified and has taught various meditation workshops. Gretta believes in the power of yoga to transform, heal and open one’s awareness to self.

Friday: 8.30 am: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Brunch, Visit Jameson Distillery for a
whiskey tour and tasting. 7pm: Dinner, Yoga Nidra
Saturday: 8.30 am: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Brunch, Free time to visit Kinsale Town / Charles Fort / Schilly Walk. Dine out in Kinsale town.
Sunday: 8.30 am: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Brunch, Optional walk along the coastline to visit “Old Head of Kinsale” Signal Tower. Drive along the
Wild Atlantic Way to visit Timoleague village, and see Timoleague Abbey C 1300. 7pm: Dinner and (optional Yoga Nidra)
Monday: 8.30am, Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Brunch,Optional walk to out to the end of the peninsular. Visit Kinsale Arts and Ceramics for an afternoon pottery class (suitable for all levels). Pop into the local pub for a pint. 7pm: Dinner, Yoga Nidra. (optional)
Tuesday: 8.30am, Breakfast and depart for Cork City.
Wild Atlantic Way Yoga is a Yoga Retreat Centre overlooking the Old Head of Kinsale, on the south western coastline in Co Cork, Ireland. It’s a traditional Irish farmhouse with a double height under-floor heated yoga studio After 10 years of various Yoga holidays throughout Europe and India, it’s the brain-child of Shirley O’Halloran, who wanted to bring all of these lovely experiences to the Wild Atlantic Way.
The Farmhouse is 4 mils from the famous Old Head Golf Links and 3 miles from the long sandy beaches of Garrettstown but most importantly it sits at the southern gateway to the Wild Atlantic Way.
